This is correct. If you are painting your own accessories, you can buy Mopar Surf blue yo match or go to Auto Zome and get a can of DupliColor Bahama Blue, which is a perfect match.
For powder coating, I’ve used Tropical Blue step 2 over Tropical Blue step 1 and it turned out great.
