Bestop Trektop Ultra

So I bought this top a year ago, and I found that my plastic door surrounds, the bolts securing it to the jeep frame is cracking, only the back passenger set rough. Bestop is trying to tell me it's due to overtightening. I have a few other people I know who has experienced the same issue with these parts. I'm just wondering if anyone else has been having these issues. I posted a few pics showing the issue

Same with mine. Both passenger door frame screws cracked. Received the same response from Bestop. They can easily sell just those hinges but won't. I need to purchase both frames. I purchased my top May 2022.
