I don’t think the extended warranty covers “normal wear“ items that have to be replaced in the normal course — like wipers, brake pads, and batteries. If you have a substantially premature failure you may have recourse through the manufacture or the dealer, if you have a great one, but you’re probably SOL if you’re 2-3 years in, especially if your Jeep gets little use. Batteries don’t like to sit unused and unmaintained. I have a 2019 like yours. Mine is three months short of four years old. Four years on a battery isn’t terrible.

Started getting the aux switches unavailable charging error
