New to the forum and I'm sure this has been covered. But search didn't bring up any specific results. I have a '20 JLUR w/48k miles. No issues at all until the battery decided to suddenly deplete overnight to about 4 volts. Had it replaced by AAA, but now I have a dash alert for the Auto start. Does that fail if the main battery depletes?

Probably your 2nd battery that killed the main which is causing the error, best bet is to always replace them in pairs or bypass the secondary battery.

If you have an aux battery, bypass it. If you don't, it's going to kill your new battery in short order.

Bypass aux. if your new main battery is weak, remote start won’t work! After bypassing old Aux. battery charge your new main! Your aux battery is bad and is degrading your new battery as we speak!

Lots on this forum about battery disconnect!

Go Jeep!!!
