I need some help with a battery drain issue that is believe is caused by the Tazer Mini.
I installed a Tazer in May. By June, the main battery in my 2.0 Etorque has having issues being dead unexpectedly. I would have random codes that I cleared using the Tazer. Finally, in July, I replaced the battery and everything has been fine until today.
On Saturday, I used the line lock function in the Tazer and was left with flashing lights in the dash that went away upon stopping and restarting the engine. I made one short trip on Sunday in my Jeep without issue.
This morning, the battery is dead. I had it charged and tested and it is good and I updated the Tazer firmware.
I checked the codes with the Tazer and had several that I cleared. Now, the following codes will clear but come back after starting the engine:
B16D3-11 - Right DRL
P16CF-11 - ??
P16E7-15 - License Plate Lamp Control (this may have been loose plug)
P0184-00 - ??
C212A-84 -??
P2129-16 - ??
None of these codes are causing any warning lights in the dash, but I suspect they may have something to do with killing the battery.
Any thoughts? Does anyone know what these particular codes are?
