Having some issues with the charging system on 2018 JL wrangler unlimited sport
Battery voltage use to stay around 14.3 to 14.5 voltage.
Now it jumps around from 12 to 14.4 volts
With the Jeep just idling battery voltage sits around 12.7 volts
New part Belt ,idled pulleys, belt tensioner, new alternator.
Batteries have been replaced year ago
Jeep was in the dealership for 30day they replaced PCM .
Then said that’s normal for the Jeep
Have another 2018 wrangler JL battery voltage stays around 13.8 to 14.5

What you’re looking at is voltage the alternator is putting out, not voltage of your batteries.

12.7 means batteries are fully charged and in maintenance mode. Normal, and good. If you don’t use a charger/maintainer it means you’re driving enough that the alternator is keep things charged.

Yes I know I’m looking at what the alternator is putting out
The issue is the alternator at times are not putting out what it should be putting out can be driving down the road and the battery light comes on check the voltage it at 12v .
It’s jumping all over the place doesn’t stable out.

Verify belt condition and no indication of slippage
Isolate and load test your batteries
Clean and secure the terminal connections
If the batteries test good, check for voltage drop between the alternator output and the batteries
If no voltage drop, alternator/regulator could be failing
