Barricade rack for soft top

Does anyone know of a barricade rack that is capable of transporting surfboards that will allow me to take down my soft top without having to remove the entire rack?

I know of two options.

A rack that fits under the soft top which is usable with the top down such as Exposed Racks Under Soft Top Rack.

Or

An exoskeleton rack that can be unlatched and tilted back to allow the soft top to be put up or down such as a Gobi Rack with the Quick Release Attachment.
