Auxiliary Switch - Works With Remote Start?

If an auxiliary switch is programmed to be on when ignition is on will it be on using remote start? I ask because I presently have an accessory on my JKU that will not work on remote start but only on when using the ignition switch.

Yes, they power on when using remote start.
