Are Mopar JKU & JLU Rock Sliders Interchangeable?

Can someone save me some time & tell me if the bolts line up to attach JKU Mopar rock sliders to a JLU?

The basic premise is the same, but I don't know if they line up.

I can confirm that the factory JLU Rubicon rails do not match up to the JKU. My brother in law asked the same question when he had his JKU, having pulled mine off the JLU to put the LOD Destroyer slider/steps on, we lined the factory ones up with the JKU and summarized it wouldn’t work.

You should be able to find JLU sliders for a good price. I got mine for $25 on OfferUp. They were for a 4door rubicon and I had to modify to fit my 2dr sport. They work perfectly.

Okay, but that was not my question.

I already bought & installed the Mopar Performance wider rock sliders. (example pic w a red Jeep) I had them on my JT that handled my level of abuse (including the Rubicon Trail) and knew I wanted a set for my JLU.

I was asking because I have a perfectly good set of JKU Recon rock sliders that I am basicaaly hoarding (example pic w a white Jeep) that I really really really liked on my old Jeep. I am too lazy to test fit for myself on the JLU, plus in the back of my mind someday I might end up with a JKU trail beater.

JLU Mopar Performance rock sliders. I like them bc they block more mud & look more "sophisticated / modern".

JKU Recon Edition rock sliders by Mopar. I like them because they look more rugged / gnarly and actually are... but don't block as much mud as the JLU Mopar Performance rock sliders.
