I couldn't find any reviews of the ARB rear bar , but thinking the JK bar was good so the JL bar should be good too. After many months of waiting in Australia for the bar I finally got it. Install was straight forward and the mounts/recovery points look strong and aren't slotted to allow for movement.

Second weekend with it and doing some harder stuff I put the bar to the test by coming back off a rock ledge hitting the rear corner against a wall.

I'll let you make your own mind up from the video as to how well it held up.

Looks like it did great. If it wasn't there the entire corner of the Jeep would have been smashed in.

The design allows it to collapse along the welds and did more damage to the car then if I didn't have it. A more simple design and the corner would have maintain its shape.
