ARB RD100 front locker for DANA30 m186

I am now trying to install rd100 and rd245 lockers

There are no problems with the rear rd245, but the front rd100 is universal for JK and for JL and there are some incompatibilities with m186

The picture above is obviously given from old JK DANA30 and there is a slot for the tube
But in m186 there is no such slot. And I had to make a cut with a grinder.

Could you share your experience, how did you place the tube inside m186 ?
