Antirock Heim vs Sealed Rod Ends

Just picked up my front Antirock kit and I noticed it came with sealed sway bar end links but I thought it came with the Heims default. No biggie but it made me wonder on Heim vs sealed ends will I see any differences with the sealed? Will I see less articulation or maybe better on road characteristics from the sealed? I imagine the obvious they’ll keep debris out better than the Heim and also won’t start squeaking but performance wise how am I looking? Anyone ran both? Thanks
