This is in my cart. And GovX has a discount for CavFab and I really like their stuff. What are folks thoughts on bumpers and inner fender liner brands in the same price point.

Cavfab makes VERY good stuff. I have their Tire Carrier and Diff Covers and the quality is top notch and their customer service is great.

That said I went with the Next Venture front bumper because at the time it was the only one on the market that kept the factory fogs and put the winch down into the bumper rather than on top like that Cavfab bumper.

I’m still trying to decide on the front bumper. That’s why I haven’t bought one yet. That vantage front bumper is tucked in close to the frame. But the crawler series bumper allows the weight of the winch to be lower. It looks like it sticks out from the frame more. I have talked to cavfab about their bumpers before but I forgot what I asked. I’ve also considered the the NV front bumper and AAL front bumper. The vantage front bumper with the GovX discount is $450. And the crawler is $749 with the winch hoop and winch lighting bracket. Neither of which I need.

Cavfab makes very good quality products. I have their rear bumper and tire carrier on my Jeep. Is Cavfab offering powder coating yet? When I bought my last set of bumpers I skipped Cavfab because our town doesn't have a good powder coating business. The only place in town acts like they are doing you a huge favor just to take your money. And the wait time is 2 months unless you want to pay nearly double for a rush order that can be done in 1 month.

I have cavfab rampage front bumper, inner fenders, and rampage rear bumper. Their stuff is top notch quality. I actually really like their inner fenders they went together really well.

As far as I know they’re not. I was just going to clean and prep them and then rattle can them with clear because I like the raw finish.

For the last 3 jeeps I’ve owned I always will use sandpaper blocks, self etching primer and then finally rustoleum bed liner. This stuff is actually amazing and holds up really well and it’s easy to touch up.

I have the inner fenders; swapped a set of crap DV8's out. Polished them up and painted with Steel-It. I had some issues with the first side on install but it was my own stupidity. Research the install procedure and it's pretty easy. So far no complaints

Just ordered the CavFab Crawler series front bumper and skid plate and the micro series rear bumper. I’m wondering if anyone has experience with the Rusty’s offroad rear fascia over kit? I saw on their page they have lite brite installing it 7 years ago but that jeep has gone through so many iterations who knows if they’re still using it.

Motobilt has one too, I’d trust it from either brand. I just wasn’t a fan of drilling more holes in my jeep..

Considering I have less than 14k miles on mine I’m not too fond of the idea either. Especially since lite brite didn’t add any like water intrusion protection into the panels that require nutserts.

I drilled tons of holes for my aluminum fenders and then put the nursery’s in and completely forgot to rust proof the raw metal. It bothers me however I don’t drive the jeep in the winter..

Makes sense. Mine is my daily. So I’ll have to figure something out for when I do get that fascia protection. I’d rather protect those exposed corners and drill a few holes than leave them unprotected and damage the tub.

I wheel my jeep and haven’t had any issues with the rear corners.. I personally wouldn’t worry about it unless you’re really planning on playing heavy in the rocks. Mine is basically a wheeler… trailered to the trails.

Right on. Do you have a bumper delete or micro series bumper?
