Sounds like you’re thrust angle is off now, put it back where it was, and move the wheels instead… spacers, or less backspace wheels… you can’t just move the suspension out of the way, lol…
When talking to my local jeep guys they mentioned the sway bar itself could of just been off and exactly what you just said I threw off my thrust angle when before it was fine and really the sway bar arms where just off side to side making it seem like the axle was not centered

Edit: Roky I’m running stock wheels with 1.75 spidertrax spacers on all four corners. Should I get 2.5 inch spacers to replace these or something similar? Trying to save new wheels for tons so that’s why I’m with spacers atm

his thrust angle looks almost perfect tho.
I thought that was from before the tires. My bad.
You’re right these are from before my new tires but nothing was touched other than the rear track bar. Before touching track bar, with the new tires it drove as it did with the old 35’s. Just had less clearance on passenger side and that side always rubbed with 35’s on the sway bar so I figured it always was off ever so slightly

Sounds to me like control arm lengths are off making your thrust angle off. Even if you put the same number of turns into them, they might have been off from each other to start with. Put a tape on them center to center of the bolts and check.

I would put the track bar back to where it was and see how it drives..seems really odd moving your axle probably less than 1/2" to center it would create such a change in steering.
