Advice for Running 2 different sets for towing and wheeling.

Here is my setup. 2022 stock wrangler ecodiesel. I put these fenders on because I like the look, and I replaced the bumpers as well. This is a tire size question, as I dont know how much extra clearance I got in doing this. I will stick with the current tire size for most of the year as I tow a big bass boat and visit the deer lease, but I would like to go to the offroad park and wheel around, mainly at hidden falls. I am wanting to buy a whole set x5 of let's say narrow 35" tires on a new set of wheels. Where I can add some backspacing. Can I do this and wheel without tearing something up with the 35's? I know I can turn them with the diesel, what about any other clearance issues? The fenders look to have given me almost 2" more clearance?​
