.....On the build page.

We are all aware that certain options are not available with other options. But I didn't know about this until I got caught out without it on my order.

As you are going down from the top, building your dream Jeep, you pass through the Packages. There you can pick each one individually. I picked Cold Weather, Safety, LED, then the Extreme Recon Package. That selection made me choose an engine. No biggie. Then I selected the towing package.

There was nothing else that I wanted so I went to the bottom and saw my price. I printed the build and submitted it to my salesman.

What I didn't know was that the selection of the XR package deselected the Cold Weather Package. Yes, you can reselect it, but I didn't think to check. Why would I? Neither effect each other.

I don't know if any of the package selections do this to any others, so it will be worth a double/triple check before you order.

Hopefully, my salesman was able to get my order amended. I will find out in the next few days.

Your dealer has to go through area rep to change order once it’s been submitted but it should be able to be changed if it’s only a few days. I caught an error a day or so after my dealer submitted and I was able to change it.

Yeah, he submitted the change. He went on vacation until the 15th so I have to wait until then to see if he received a confirmation email.

I know it was my fault, I'm sure he does too. It bothers me that he had to go through the process of making the change. But I'm excited to tell him that it was the build website that screwed me, not necessarily my own stupidity.

I know I should have double checked, but like everyone else on here, I had already built SOOOOO many Jeeps on that build page and nebver noticed that happening.
