I left the shop that helped me with the install yesterday.

The suspension is so bouncy on the hwy it's launching us out of our seats and luggage to the ceiling. I kept trying to adjust the height while driving and it only helped a tiny bit.

When we got to hotel, I tried for hours to recal it. Each time took much longer than 15 mins, so I kept aborting and retrying. This morning, I finally made it through a cal. The air tank is at 0 psi and it won't start running to fill up. Ugh, this is dangerous. What can I do?

Update. Got a cal to work. Was still on bump stops compressor won’t fill. Staying at “83” psi.
Was able to lift Jeep up a bit with ‘manual’ - none of the presets do anything by default.

Tank was filling yesterday and during cal sequence.

Have you called Accuair yet? Seems the low PSI is the major problem. IT would bounce at the PSI. Tank needs to be close to 200 psi. If mine goes that low it takes a minute or two to refill. Also, the recalibrate needs the tank full before it can finish so that is why you low pressure would not let the recalibration finish. Accuair will replace anything if it is not working properly. I broke a sensor arm on install and they send one out overnight for free. I have had great service with them.

oh man, I found on SOME forum that if there's an error during cal, tank will not inflate. I unplugged level sensor plug from ECU and tank inflated!!

I reran cal (AGAIN!!) saw no error and the system worked 'correctly' for the first time. I can manually lift and lower. I saved a couple of presets (I think).

I wonder why the key has to be on, I'd like to raise/lower as I walk up to the Jeep.

The system does reset when you turn the key on. Also not sure of power draw so you may not want it on all the time. Glad it seems to be working. Just FYI, I was not getting the lift I thought I should so Accuair told me to disconnect one sensor plug then manually run to the top on all four corners. Then reconnect sensor and run the calitation from there. I got 3-4 more inches. Top to bottom is now 8 inches and all presets are about 2 inches apart and 2 inches from bottom to #1 and top is about 2 inches above #3. One last tip, if the control arrows start flashing red, it indicates a sensor has gone out of alignment. Just turn Jeep off and back on and it will reset. Our month trip had that happen twice when we dropped hard off a rock. Enjoy

oh wow. I think I did the same thing without really knowing. I did disconnect the level sensors because they were not reporting any voltage in the diagnostics screen of the app. The. The compressor ran and I got so much higher.

Hello guys im interested in buying the system for my jeep instead of going with a spring lift. Mostly because of being able to lower it making it easier for my elderly mom and short wife to get in. My concerns are that in my area most off road opportunity’s are sand, mud and trails. How comfortable/confident are you guys with the system getting muddy or wet being installed underneath the jeep? Accueair told me they don’t recommend the system getting submerged but it should be fine because it’s a “weatherproof” system and to locate the compressor filter up in the engine bay or tucked behind the taillight.
