This is a pic thread of food that you make while out Jeeping and camping. Also if you have cooking tips or gear that you would like to share with us. Please do so.

I will get us started. We camp and Jeep travel a lot. So some of our favorites from the past trips.

That looks yummy.

I find it easier to cook out on the trail and in camp. At home there are to many distractions and it always seems like I don't have the time to cook like we do in camp.

Not everyone’s cup of tea, but my wife’s uncle and I love liver and onions. Leaving on Monday for our annual trip to the Adirondacks, and this will be on the menu, again.

Made a pasta sandwich a few days ago at camp. Nothing fancy but I'm a gal of simple tastes.

I’d never believe I‘d see this much Cast Iron cooking! Must be a bunch of Old School Boy Scouts around here!

I’ve been teaching my grandkids how to use and cook with Cast Iron. The things I used to make as a Boy Scout at Summer camp was crazy. Yep I know this was at home, but kids have to learn someplace. And if we mess up the McD’s is down the street! LOL!

Every meal tastes better when its cooked over a campfire. One of our favorites is to make a big pot of beef or lamb stew our first day of camping and then eat off the leftovers for the next few days.

We often say it's what we do on Tuesday. We will have friends that say it looks like you had an awesome vacation. We are retired. It is not a vacation, it is just what we did on Tuesday.
