So when doing that or similar off road maneuvers, do you notice any loud grinding noise? Same sound as when ABS kicks in for me.

I had high centered myself earlier on that trail. I didn't hear anything specific over the sound of my tires kicking the loose rocks around. At that point I know both the LSD and the BLD were going off like crazy, but I didn't hear any noise specific to their function.
