Since ordering a new JL, it seems all I do in my spare time is watch Wrangler JL YouTube videos (some of them COUNTLESS times), read up on Wrangler JL statistics and specifications, spend obscene amounts of time on this forum, read the JL owner's manual and owner's guide cover to cover, and when driving take "shortcuts" that bring me to all the local Jeep dealerships to look at the latest JLs. What have I gotten myself into? Does this condition get worse when I actually get my Jeep? I was reading a thread about what the first thing people are going to do when they take delivery of their JL, and someone said "cry"...I can completely relate to this...am I beyond help?
I bought my JLUR off the lot and have been able to enjoy driving and tinkering with it for over a week and yet here I am still browsing the forums and watching YouTube non stop.

...still waiting
Same. I’m waiting for mine to get delivered and have been checking this forum like 4x a day...plus trolling the sites to see when the aftermarket lifts and hoists are coming. My wife thinks I’m a little too involved. Glad I’m not the only one

Thankfully for me I have long, quiet night shifts with access to a computer, or Jeep stuff would take up all my free time.

For me it didn't get better after I purchased my 2007 JK. I still browsed forums and went on the build and price to keep track of what options they were offering in any given model year. So now I'm on my third Wrangler and looking at getting my forth, even though each and every one was supposed to be the one I kept until the 'wheels fell off' in order to rationalize my purchase.

I feel like I should have a degree in Wranglenomics from Harvard because of all the manuals I've read and builds I have done online over the years.

Same, you’re not alone. Ordered the JL about 3 weeks ago (1/25/2018) seems like an eternity so far.
Been obsessed with YouTube video and reading forum on it.
I’d bought the All weather mat from Amazon just to have something Jeep to fill the void while I wait.

One of the major draws to the Wrangler are the available accessories and the driver's imagination.

Whether it's an off road experience, or cruising down the highway with one or more of its body parts removed, or simply the mere thought of doing these things, a Wrangler can be more comforting than, at times, medicine designed for that effect.

Secondly, it's not only where you're traveling, in mind or actuality, its how you've set up your rig (or plan to set up your rig) to accomplish that. With the greatest dealer and aftermarket accessories available, only wallet and imagination, not availability, limit you.

Yeah I'm in the middle of my grad school semester and i do too spend excessive amounts of time searching any JL related content. Probably not a good time to purchase this vehicle for me but I don't regret it one bit, it's amazing!

Yeah, my spouse will catch me watching YouTube and will say "Jeeps again??" When mine finally arrives I'm probably going to spend a lot of time in the garage
What’s with these wives....they just don’t get it! Lol
