35s or 37s

I just got back from my first of two road trips/work training weeks down to Oregon and back. I leave Sunday for the second week. The tires did awesome on the highway. They’re nearly silent. They’re much better than the stock sport nexen junk. And for 35” E rated tires at 30psi they did awesome. I came back with about 500 more miles on them and definitely prefer driving the wrangler to my wife’s Escalade on the trip. She also prefers the wrangler. So much so we’re looking for one for her. Just a trail toy(she says now) but she really does love the wrangler. It doesn’t have anything the Cadillac has. Massaging heated and cooled seats. And all the luxury that comes with the Escalade and she would still rather drive the SF&R axle wrangler sport with a lift and 35s! Anyway. These tires are awesome and I’ll be putting a set of 285/70/17 on the Escalade because her brand new KO3s are making too much noise. She said how is it you have 35s and a soft top and I can’t hear your tires humming along when I’m driving it and I can’t hear them when you’re going past me but I hear other big tires going past me humming and my tires are humming.
