Anyone done a 3.5 inch lift? If so, did you have to replace the driveshafts and control arms, or did the stock ones work?

we have a MC game changer 3.5. We replaced the front driveshaft. if you dont plan on wheeling it the stock one will be fine. the issue is with the amount of articulation, the front DS boot can rub the exhaust and tear the boot which will lead to premature failure or damage. to us, it was cheap insurance.

for control arms, something will have to be done. ideally you would replace them with adjustable ones, however, some are fixed to correct caster and some of the more affordable kits have drop brackets. the stock ones will "work" to get you down the road but it wont be right. the caster and axle position will be off significantly
