Apologies for another simple question, but once again I can’t seem to get a definitive answer.

I’ve heard a few imply that the 2024 wrangler seats have a bit more tilt back to them, making the “seat jackers” for desert does it, unneeded. Not confirmations though.

Can someone confirm this please? Is it both the front and back?

I think I read a long time ago that overall the rear seat in the JL was at a better/increased angle vs. the JK. Haven’t come across anything about it again changing within JL model years but can’t say I’ve searched for it either.

I put the incline spacers on the JKU we had in 2017. Didn’t see the need for it in our JLU.

I appreciate the reply. I’ve just have become aware of it riding in a friends gladiator, but I guess it’s really a no worry type situation since a solution exists. If they are the same as the gladiator front seats (which I’m sure they are), they will need them in my opinion

The 2024 Wrangler's seats do indeed tilt slightly backward, which was a change made to improve overall comfort, especially on long trips or over rough terrain. This more rearward tilt could affect how certain accessories, such as seat jackers (seat risers, often used for off-road trips or to improve the driving angle), work or fit.

I have the power seat version on my 2024. Seat jackers are no longer needed, as it covers all the gaps of the original non-powered version. Way more comfortable.

I put the seat jackers in my 24 JL and it made for a more comfortable ride for me.
