On the seventh day of owning my Jeep Rubicon with 700 miles on it. I took it to the dealer because it wasn’t wanting to go in reverse. The dealer stated it needed a valve body. of course there was no valve body available so after a week they ordered a complete tranny. The 13th day, I received a call saying the valve body had arrived and it was being installed. A few hours later I received a call that it didn’t fix it, and it needed the complete tranny. Now it’s the 19th day and I’m getting ready to make my 1st payment and I have nothing to show for it. My question is, does it sound as though the techs have no clue what they are doing?
I didn’t even mention the front sway bar is bad, but yes I’m waiting for it also.
