All the jeep forums used to have a prices paid thread. Lot of other forums still do like some Toyota and Honda. Seems with a lot of inventory still for 2024 this would be nice to see for those of us looking to purchase soon.

always nice to see format
negotiated price
tTL
Taxes

total out the door.

The "out the door price" on mine was 62,263. MSRP on the window sticker had bumped it up to the post-strike price of $71,480 but with the pre-order lock-in I was saved from the increase. Original MSRP was $68,980 as shown in the build sheet.

Discounts: Affiliate code (% above invoice), First Responder $500, $1000 cash allowance

2024 Rubicon 2DR V6 AT hydro blue (my 3rd Wrangler)
Just bought my 2024 2DR Rubicon for 19% off MSRP. It was the only one within a 3 hour drive that was even close to what I wanted.

Sticker said $61K. I clicked on a link on the dealer’s site to get a quote, which came back at 19% less. Went in to the dealer where the salesman quoted me a price $4K more. I showed him the online quote. He went back to the sales manager (as they always do) and then agreed to the online quote.

I didn’t negotiate more since I was satisfied with the price and hate dickering.

Several other salesmen seated nearby were very surprised.

I bought a '24 2 door base Wrangler soft top with 3.6 L and automatic in August. MSRP was a little over $37K, I paid a little over $32K so about a 16% discount. I didn't qualify for some of the "program discounts", military/first responder, affiliate, etc.

Would love to see a real screenshot of that deal.
Arizona tax only lets you save the tax on the trade in value. Does this mean you traded in 44k or more?

Got any evidence to back this? Like a screenshot of the deal?

In other words....

My deal was 67000 for the wrangler, but then I negotiated down to 12000, then I got a discount, then the dealer paid me to take the wrangler off the lot! Guys, did I get a good deal?!

Not sure why you have to try to make a joke out of it, honestly is unnecessary.
Yes, my trade in (JLURD) was worth $44k so there was no tax.
The deal is not that extraordinary- go look on cargurus Arizona and there are many new JLURs for $44k (then take another $1k off with the coupon).

The internet is full of bullshit, everywhere. I detect bullshit and call it out.

You traded in your JLRUD for 44k you say? Wow, must have been a 2022 or newer to get close to that price for a trade in. I'd have a hard time trading in my 2024 JLRUX for 50k right now, at 1 year old.

So, you traded in your nearly brand new JLRUD to get a 2024 Wrangler that somehow, magically, costs the same as your trade in? And you got 15k discount from MSRP - that is 25% below MSRP. Amazing deal, really amazing. Would LOVE to see your invoice. Would LOVE to see the links showing 25% below invoice. Would LOVE to see JRLUD trade in for 44k that was not less than 2 years old.

Look at this guy, traded in his used JLRUD, got 44k for it in trade in, got 25% below invoice for the cost. You either stole it from some idiot dealership (good for you) or this didn't happen and you are inflating the numbers to give this thread incorrect data.

Here are my REAL numbers for my 2024:

Base Price for a JLRU: $49,395 (Ordered May 2023, price locked)
After packages total: $75,520 Rubicon X with 35 inch tire package, half doors with premium uppers, stainless steel door sills, Mopar rock sliders, 8 speed auto, all weather mats, plus destination charge.

8% off MSRP (6,000~) = $69,520
1000.00 Jeep.com coupon = $68,520

Tax/Title/License additional, but those numbers depend on state, and other situations, so I'm just giving the base price paid here.

Man, just because you got rolled on your purchase, you don't have to take it out on others.
It was a 2023 JLURD with 5,000 miles- go ahead and take a look at the KBB on that and let me know if $44k isn't unreasonable.

Guess you can't use the internet very well:
