At this point I would think the original UAW members who went on strike first are going broke, seems the union screwed them by sending them first and longest while they let others continue to earn a full paycheck. My order was just confirmed 2 days before the strike so I am stuck driving my old farm truck since my JKU was totaled. I hope they get back to building sooner not later, but I will wait because I have always been a Jeeper for near 40 years.

Devanshi must have heard us talking about him. Also AN ACTUAL UPDATE!!!!!

"Hello James,

This is a courtesy email update regarding your 2024 JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON UNLIMITED 4WD factory order status.

Your vehicle has been scheduled for production. Time in this stage varies based on your particular vehicle configuration. Once your vehicle has started production, you will see movement on the tracker!
I will continue to monitor your order for additional delivery updates, and I will reach out in the next 14 business days to provide an update if one is available. I wanted to let you know that your order has our attention & priority, and we should begin receiving updates pertaining to your order soon.

If you have any outstanding questions or order update inquiries, we do encourage you to reach out to your ordering dealership for the fastest response possible. Additional email communications provided to this email are un-monitored and will be responded to once additional updates are available to share.

Thank you for your loyalty and we’re proud to have you as a member of the JEEP Family!

Devanshi,
Jeep Information Center "
To try to give you a timeline, I received the identical email from Devanshi on 8/28. In your next email, they give you an estimated production plan timing for the week of xx/xx/xx. My estimated week was 9/25, about a week after I received the email.

Right now, your estimated week will probably be a place holder because of the strike. But hey, at least you will finally have your place in line.

I honestly don't know how the uaw hasn't revolted against fain. They've been presented with a more than fair offer and he continues to balk. There's zero unity in getting this done and a portion of the members are taking the brunt of the hit which will honestly take them years to recover the difference in what could have been accepted vs what will end up being accepted (if anything ever does move and the big 3 don't declare an impasse and bring in a new workforce).

I always thought any proposed offer had to go before the membership for a vote. Seems like they bypassed that step and are allowing Fain (aka elmer fudd) to negotiate on his own.

I was about to respond "mine too, guess we're stuck together" and hit "refresh" on my tracker just for kicks, and I just went KZ! There is hope! Although I still have mixed feelings about potentially getting my Jeep during the strike. I mean, I'm not going to reject it, but I will feel guilty.

I do believe Ford has publicly stated they are at their limit.

it doesn’t even seem like he is negotiating, just make demands and walking out after 15 minutes. He is still making 300k a year, there is no motivation to settle this. Put his salary to 500 a week and this gets settled quickly.

Yep there hasn't been a single legit counter offer made by the uaw. Just a bunch of bogus demands and acting like infants throwing tantrums when the big 3 doesn't give them what they want.

Most of the transporters are Teamsters Union members, who have pledged not to cross the picket lines to transport for the Big 3. There are some smaller, non-union drivers running vehicles but they have a much smaller capacity.

I think OP @ElectroJeep has long surpassed that mark with his first order. I was at 120 days when I took delivery. And yes, I’m still stalking this group because I would love to know that the OP (and a few others who have waited forever) finally get their Jeep.
Me, too! Still stalking this group until ElectroJeep gets his Jeep? So, since I miss some posts, can I assume this has not occurred, yet?

Mine just updated to KZ - built and a window sticker is now available. It was showing as in storage (JS) a few days ago.

It was in status "I" 2 days before strike.

When did your jeep enter production/E status?

Other dates I got from dealer - such as I status was 9/12
Thanks! Looks like you entered production a week before the strike began. It's good to see that there's some movement, but I have yet to see someone go from Scheduled to E since the strike started.
