2024 JLR with OEM Wrangler Decals

I saw this JL with Wrangler decals. Looked up the ViN and it's a bona fide Ruby with the "WRANGLER DECAL W/AMERICAN FLAG" option. Never seen these steel wheels either. I'm digging this look.

Presumably, a used vehicle? If so, it can depart from the factory config as the previous owner(s) saw fit.

Those steel wheels are possibly aftermarket, and are pretty close to what I use for my Winter tires.
