2023 Infotainment Help

I have a 2023 with the 7" screen. I am looking to upgrade the head unit so that I can add amps and upgrade the speakers. I have 2 options that I know of, either replace the head unit or install a line converter. I have replaced head units in all my other vehicles but with the design of the 23 I know a typical head unit won't work. Im not worried about retaining steering wheel controls or off-road pages so Im not looking to drop a $1000+ on an alpine or hiegh10. Does anyone have any other head unit recommendations or line out converter recommendation that wont completely break the bank?

Curious as to why you think this. Many have replaced the stock head unit in their '18-'23 JLs. There are JL specific head units and dash kits for non JL specific head units.

The '24 models, with the new Infotainment system is a different story.

With using Mr. Google, the only thing that keeps coming up is the heigh10, alpine redesign, the linkswell, or insane audio. I just figured a regular radio wouldn't work.

Yes, those are JL specific, designed to be somewhat plug-and-play.

Any radio, should theoretically work. Just need a dash kit and the right interface, like PAC or Maestro.
