The lights on the jl are fine...maybe those who think they are dim are losing their ability to see at night....a normal part of the aging process.

What does the aging process have to do with wanting LED lights? By that logic, don’t buy glasses either for our aging eyes. I really wouldn’t consider LED lights a “fancy” upgrade either.
Everyone wants LEDs, why wouldn’t it make sense to have it as an option? I live in a heavily forested area with lots of wildlife, and I would prefer to not hit them with my Jeep. Having brighter lights helps. More light is more safety, less power when off-roading and you need light while Jeep isn’t running, look so much cooler, so many benefits.
