2019 3.6 MOAB Service :Stop/Start System

Hello,
Sorry if I’m asking a repeated question. I have a 3.6 JL. I replaced the main and auxiliary batteries. I am receiving the stop/start service message. What else should I be checking to clear this?

The wiring harness can get unplugged. I was told I would have to replace the entire harness because the plug had unplugged and gotten damaged enough that it could not be plugged back in. I am ignoring it until I have to get it fixed to pass a smog check in another year or two.
