Sport and Sahara models are going to come with 32" tires probably geared more toward street use like the current Goodyear SR-A on the S package Sport models and probably a Bridgestone mild A/T for the Sahara. Rubicons are coming with standard 33s. Probably need 2-2.5 inches of lift and the high line fenders for 37" tires. 35" should fit Rubicons with the high line fenders with minimal or no mods. Sport and Sahara models probably need in one inch spacer pucks on the springs or high line fenders for 35s.

Are 37" tires really that much more taxing on a rig than 35" tires?
Depends on how strong these new Dana m220 and m200s are. They must be stronger if they intend to allow users to add them with just a 2" lift. Time will tell...

The JK had weak points at the "C's" on the ends of the axle housings. Over time with extremely heavy tires like 37s they would bend. A couple of companies made weld-on supports and braces that beefed up the bending points. Then some heavier sleeves over the shafts. Also the stock axle shafts were pretty prone to snapping with the heavy tires on rocks or sticky mud. That's why chrome-moly shafts were popular replacements.
