Without a problem. Those tires are best on 8.5-11 inch wide rims, so 9 is fine.

Sounds good. I have 305/65R17 on 17x9s with new issue. They’re ProComp 7069 wheels so back spacing is different from stock and I have Rubicon suspension and coil spring spacers in the front. No issues with rubbing. That’s on a Sport S.

I often wish I got something closer to 35s but I try to keep it glass half full and since I’m new to wheeling, starting smaller is better.. I consider these my training wheels :)

It depends on the backspacing of those wheels. You may contact the LCA's during a turn.

Ah yes, I always forget about backspacing. You might need spacers with stock wheels, but I'm thinking not with that size tires. I'm sure someone else on this forum can weigh in on that...

The 9" wheels could actually make it worse, depending on the backspacing again. It's pretty important to check for fitment in all directions.

For sure. Edit: but then again, that's not considering tire clearances.
I run 33x12.50/18 tires on my GMC truck. I've had them on 18x9 and now factory 18x8.5 wheels. On my second set of Cooper ST Maxx. First set went about 60,000. The truck is very stable with this wheel/tire combo.

What does this have to do with the question asked?

I too am looking to see if 33X12.50R18 will fit the stock rims of a 2019 JLUS with out clearance issues, or will I need a lift?

You won't need a lift but may want spacers to bring the tires out a bit so they won't contact inner suspension parts under full articulation.

Just installed 305/65R17’s (Dick Cepek trail country exp’s) on my stock ‘19 JLU rims and stock suspension. I did install 1.5” wheel spacers, no rubbing issues anywhere.

How are you liking these tires so far? Are they good in wet ? They are on my list.
