2" Teraflex level issues

Ok so about 6- 8 weeks ago I had the level kit installed. It's my daily driver, and usually I'm alone just driving back and forth to work. However I notice this weekend with both my sons 12 and 15 in the back, that going over rough roads there seems to be knocks that come from the rear. When I'm alone I barely hear it only when going over big bumps in the road. Again, its way noticable with weight in the back seat. Any ideas??

Check the obvious stuff first, open your back storage flap make sure that your Jack is it rattling in there, they have a tendency to do that if they shifted.

Second you can have somebody bounce up and down on the rear bumper and see if you can identify where the noises coming from then crawl underneath and see what’s going on

Check your shock bolts. Had same issue and it was a loose shock bolt.
