Definitely not going to make it to 200k.

Aluminum block, turbo, high compression, high pressure fuel system, direct injection, dual overhead cams, turbo, water/air intercooler, etc. About as complicated as possible.
Mm. But for one edit -- air/air intercooler, not water/air -- the engine tech of the 1.5T in my wife's Honda is identical to that of the 2.0T in my Jeep. The former's compression ratio of 10.3:1 is also fractionally higher than the 10.0:1 in the Jeep.

Coincidentally, both engine designs date to 2016, and both have been racking up the miles out in the world ever since their introduction.

I monitor similar engine threads on the Honda owner forum as I do on this site. With allowances for discussion forums tending to magnify, or distort, the actual scope of owner experiences, I continue to believe that both engines are a good bet.
