Hey y’all, it’s Wednesday topic time again.

We’ve heard some of you are getting really close to completing cross-country off-road trips. It sounds amazing! And a lot of others are still just getting started on their journeys.

So let’s talk about it. How many states has your Jeep been covered in dirt in? What are some of the important places or moments your Jeep has taken you to? How far have you taken it so far?

Anything goes, just share your story.

So far, 99.95% of my dirt is from Arizona on previous Jeep runs with .05% from the right shoulder of I.S. 10 in Texas last week. The traffic was diverted, I didn't run off the road.

However, last week, I did have a gazillion bug kills in New Mexico and moderate bug kills in Texas, and "Less Than Moderate" in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

Yesterday, I had two bug kills going into Turn 3 on my second lap at the Daytona International Speedway and one kill going through the Tri-Oval section at the start/finish line of my third lap.

Oh, sorry. I could have provided a picture of the splats from yesterday, but I already washed my windshield this morning from the morning ocean salt air dew just before I read this post.

I take you stayed on hiways getting to CO, UT, WY, although if you cut thru Nebraska or Kansas, I would say you picked up at least some dirt thru them...

Colorado, Wyoming, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Much of that traveling in one trip last summer. My Jeep is like wearing a comfortable glove or pair of shoes; I never get tired of enjoying it.

Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. Possibly New Jersey as I’m on the border but can’t recall ever taking the Jeep over there.

I know I will not have the most, but amongst the 3 that I have owned, here is my list. Learned to wheel in my 1st JP in PA. Second & 3rd JPs did the most wheeling in the other States. Some of the wheeling was what has become known now-a-days as Overlanding. This Fall I will most likely add MT & ID which will be part of a 3 State trip.
