This is replacement unit after I had a warranty issue a couple weeks after install with the first one. This bolted right up without changing the position on the tie rod clamp and worked well with my 37s. It felt exactly the same as the 1st stabilizer prior to the warranty issue. The invoice is definitely for a 140#. Good eye but not sure here. The first box had no paperwork or brochures in it

This is just a steering stabilizer. If you want OEM location you’ll have to buy their bracket kit. It should work with almost any kit that relocates the stabilizer up out of harms way. You need a relocation at the axle and a tie rod clamp of your choice. The Synergy bolt, or copycat brands, is the cheapest relocation at the axle I could find. I included a pic of my relocation setup.
