12.3" Uconnect 5 issue "fix"

So I have a 3 week old 2024 Wrangler Sport and was noticing that the radio display would go black, do random reboots, and act non responsive at times. I turned off the update over wi-fi feature and have not had an issue since. Not saying this is a fix, but it seems like it may have been the issue. Just FYI since I have seen others comment on similar issues.

My 2024 is 3-4 weeks old. My 2nd week my infotainment system was freezing and crashing. I had to do soft resets a number of times. I noticed my son’s greasy fingerprints all over the screen. Clean the screen and the problem seemed to have stopped. It’s been more than a week and all is working well.

Sorry I’m advance I not good with this tech stuff. By turning off the update via WiFi would that any update we might need? And when u reverse does it take 2 seconds for back camera to come on? Goes black to what’s behind me
