rearview mirror

I will attach the photos of the wires that come out of the rearview mirror. I have my guesses but I'm new to jeeps. I have roll down windows and manual locking doors, JUST BARE BONES $29k machine before the hard top and auto brought it to 33k. So.... These wires hang down 2"s from the rear view...
