Are shift points directly linked to what speed the car is reading? So if dont reprogram for 35s this will get affected?

Ive just installed Rough country's 2.5in Jeep Suspension Lift Kit and couldnt be happier! My rubi looks great without spending a ton of money plus the ride quality was not affected at all. I Definitely recommend this kit
