I love this thing but I'm moving to a soft top and have to sell.
$700 come and get - will safely fit in a JLU with seat down
I won't break down to ship. Sorry.
Here's my drunken-stupor question of the day.
I'm noticing more and more jeepers (that have had previous jeeps) weren't always Rubicon owners. My first jeep was an 2004 LJ, then 3 Rubicons later I'm in the JL.
How many of you have 'downgraded'. Please only answer if you've bought a jeep...
Since I (obviously) can't think on my own. What front-facing lights would you put on my jeep using my money? My preference is to actually keep the halogens so these will be for off-road use. Also, what is the best way to mount to my Motobilt Crusher bar?
Thanks for being a genius.
Because I'm curious and because I see more than a few first timers asking for advice. What are the top 3 mods you kinda wished you went for.
For me it was the LED package. I have a wee bit of envy whenever I see my lights compared to someone's LED headlights. It's a relatively cheap upgrade vs...
The Gladiator is the only Jeep truck, except for the old Scramblers, Commanches, et al.
The 2 door is the only true vehicle that needs waves.
The rest of us drive station wagons or maybe you call yours an SUV if you're feeling sassy.
Now, go to work and stop worrying about nonsense.
Hey makers,
Why not use a swing out table, like the old school desks, or the tables you see at theatres for refrigerators etc. Swinging all that stuff away unclutters the area and gives access behind it all.
I'm sure there are some engineer types here but what does it take for a winch to damage a bumper? There are only four small bolts holding the winch to the bumper, then eight bolts holding the bumper to the frame.
I did a cursory google search and didn't see any pics of damage. Are those bolts...
More pics as I go but here is my quandry: The bumper doesn't fit. I DON'T think this is a MB issue. The craftsmanship on this bumper is off the charts in a good way. In addition, I already powder coated it so I don't want there to be an issue with it :)
But here is the real data, the bumper...
I welcomed all the improvements made to the JL. You know the ones. Albeit a lot of them rely on software to run correctly. While not perfect, this iteration fills my needs perfectly, however, I do have a quibble.
Why are the window controls still on the center console? When I'm ordering a...
is what my flares are called on the build sheet. Mine are Black. I was expecting body colored flares. Anyone with body colored flares verify their build sheet name?
I'm looking for a quality bumper that looks good with a 10-S. Because I plan to install it myself, I'd prefer no cutting, etc and simple bolt on. Warn bumpers seem to be the obvious choice but I'm worried that because I have a rubicon I'll have to cut something. Any suggestions?
