The 8-speed auto is one of the sweetest things about this jeep. The manual gear selection is awesome (way better than paddle shifters) and it never ever hunts for the right gear. I had many manuals in off-road vehicles but in this stage in life I'm content to let the vehicle do the shifting for me. And in this case it does it very very well.Good... because I actually like the auto for off roading.

I agree. I do like this one better than the old "5" speed in my Ram.The 8-speed auto is one of the sweetest things about this jeep. now don't get me wrong, I do like manual transmissions too, but I have yet to drive a JL with one. Someone remind me to test drive one soon, lol.

Don't know if this is commonly known or not. Haven't seen reference to it before. But there is a jeep emblem in the rear tail light lens (at least on the LED tail lights). Couldn't get the darn camera to focus on the emblem, it kept focusing on the back of the light fixture. But you can still make it out anyway. Nothing terribly important. Just seemed fitting for a Monday when I'm trying to avoid working...
