Good afternoon all. A few pics from today’s adventure. I didn’t really find any interesting trails today but it was nice to be out in the countryside.

err...right...umm. Only time I ever approached privacy was once when I did a week in the brig. Consider the possibilities for a Marine redline brig in '67. You're wrong, it was worse than that. :/
Well, the Brig. That's pretty bad. In my time to actually get sent to the brig you have to do some serious shit. Most everything else you were restricted to the barracks and lost rank but the only guy I know that got Brig time attacked the front gate with a knife, screaming, "Go ahead and shoot me!" while drunk (adding a DWI charge to his assault)

Although I can see brig time for lesser offenses in the past.

Now there's a memory - first real duty I had as a young 2Lt at TBS required taking muster at the Quantico Brig (they not only house reg prisoners there but also high profile like Hinkley, etc). Needless to say quite an eye opener for a young 22 year old.
heh, glad I never got that. I got plenty of detainee guard duty, before they got shipped off to a detention facility in Iraq.

There was a minor fire in a structure I was responsible for. They confined me while deciding whether to charge me. They didn't.
