Don't have them but the reviews are kinda' confusing. First poster says they are plastic, then 3 or 4 others say they are all metal? LOL. They look nice though.

Went ahead and ordered them, I'll post up my thoughts when I get them. Got a big road trip coming up and figure a deterrent is better than nothing regarding coming out of the hotel and finding my battery gone :(
They do appear to be ABS but if they're strong and fit tight they should suffice for my needs. One of the reviews said to keep your factory mounting hardware intact so I may try that first, stay tuned :)

I've been looking at these too. I'm also hoping they are good enough. Looking forward to reading your review.

The Bolt hood lock will be released in about 2 weeks. $117 for it but you can match the lock to your key. That's what I will be going with.
Yes, we're hoping. Ordered mine Aug 26th with a disclaimer they'd ship in 30 days. Since then it's been updated to start shipping Oct 11th. I already have a keyed gas cap so the matching hood lock will be nice.

So how come you guys don’t get the centre grill key lock like the European models?

It's not an option in the US at the dealer. The only grill key lock is built by Bolt and they haven't started shipping yet.

Installed today in about 10 minutes, came in a well packaged box w/ foam cutouts for all the parts. They are ABS like the OEM latches, they have the same threaded studs coming out so you can (and should) use the OEM nuts since they have an integrated washer vs. the new ones that are just nyloc nuts without the better hold down that that washer provides. I tried leaving the OEM latch mount on the hood and they worked about the same as the new mounts. The new mounts seemed to clamp a bit tighter since that rest that the latch clamps to is just a bit higher (probably since it hasn't been clamped against over time like the OEMs) but ???
The round key needs to be pushed all the way in and turned, it will turn when lightly pushed in but won't engage the lock so just need to get a little practice, works fine once you're used to it.

Seems to do what I wanted, although an aggressive thief may be able to pry them off w/ a pry bar. I'm thinking a casual thief may see the locks and move on. For the price I'm happy w/ them and they do look clean vs. others I've seen, although I'll keep my OEMs in my stow tray in case these get jacked with. I'll keep you posted if any issues arise.

Wow! They look great . I might have to get a set soon as I can’t justify the MOPAR price tag. From the site photos it looks like the key is similar to my gun safe (hollowed cylindrical center). I can live with that. Thanks for the follow up.

Thanks for actually buying the product before reviewing it. They look like OEM.
