I’m gonna do this for sure, any tricks you can share. Was the hardest part separating inner fender? I seen a video where the guy basically rips it apart, lol.

The video on the aal website is spot on. Cant remember if I said to order the new hardware but its nice. 8mm rivnut tool is a must (think its 8mm). Love the look, its not hard. Can probably do a set in 90 mins, maybe an hour now that I know exactly what im doing. I was fretting trimming the plastic tabs but its a non-issue

Took off the hard top and installed the Bestop Trektop. Also installed stubby antenna.

DIY flag pole for the 4th!! Flag pole hitch holder from amazon, 6’ pvc 2” and 4 “ eye bolts. Just painted it up black and waiting to dry!

Dumped the 6+QT of oil that my dealer put in and realized how easy an oil change is on the JL and Ill never go back to the dealer for an oil change. Also picked up a load of oil filters at Walmart that where on clearance for $3.99
