I have a jlur manual that was d1 yesterday and now it's in paint tonight according to Jeep chat

So was driving by a dealer and saw them unloading some JLs so I had to go find out if they were available haha. They weren’t but, I told the guy how I ordered one and he was cool enough to look up my order.

Said it’s definitely still in Toledo and once it leaves it’s at most 10 days to ny. He said it doesn’t say why it’s being held but that normally in these situations it’s because of a specific package or add on that I ordered. He says most likely they are missing one little part of it like a bulb or screw something that’s a specific part that they are having a problem sourcing and that’s the hold up. Says your specific dealer might be able to make some noise but if that’s the case not much can be done till that part comes in.

Don’t have access to the specifics on mine on me but one package I ordered that I haven’t seen a lot of people mention on here is the trailer tow hitch package. Maybe that’s it?

Mine has the tow package and a manual and it’s on a train heading my way.

Thank you again so much for everything you’re doing guys. Is it just me or should I not be extremely frustrated over the fact that 3 1/2 days have gone by since my car was loaded on the train and the train is still sitting in Toledo as “Railcar released by cosigner”??? This is the longest most ridiculous drawn out process for any vehicle I have ever purchased in my life .

So I finally couldn’t take this lack of information after checking my status sitting in traffic on the way home from work so I started calling every number associated with Jeep I can find...and boy did it work out for me!

Finally got in touch with Antonio and for once he was as upset that I was that I’ve been sitting in KZ with no info for 2 weeks haha. Not that I was yelling or anything but he just understood the frustration.

So by the end of the conversation not only did he have the issue escalated and I actually got to speak to the manager saying he would make sure I would get an answer as to why it was held up but also that it did in fact ship out of Toledo and is scheduled to be delivered on 2/25 at 9:47pm! They even have a damn time! Haha I thought that was so surprising, for two weeks nothing and now there’s down to the minute status haha. Antonio said yea all this info has been here just takes a little more looking.

I've gone from D back to C and then to D1 and back to D and now D1 again for the last 2 weeks. Seems very odd. Just trying to get a straight answer. Based on the dealer info we booked the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab and I'm not sure we will have a Jeep

Rubicon arrived yesterday. Waiting to sign the paperwork now. Test drive was my first time driving the JL. First impression: AWESOME!!

Jeep Chat has given me different info every time I contact them the last week, they say call the dealer and the sales guy either doesn't know how to find the info or he is instructed not to give any information. Weird.
I've gone from D back to C and then to D1 and back to D and now D1 again for the last 2 weeks. Seems very odd. Just trying to get a straight answer. Based on the dealer info we booked the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab and I'm not sure we will have a Jeep
