Help Identifying

Hey Fellas -

Old member of the JK forum here, although, I've been in a Raptor for a bit I am in the process of picking up a 2018 JL for the summer time (can't part with the Raptor yet).

The JL in question is in the photos below. The problem I am having is that I haven't seen it in person yet and the Mercedes dealership that got it on trade isn't versed in Jeep.

Can anyone identify the wheels on this thing (apparently they were dealer installed when the last person owned it) and whether or not you think it has a lift already installed?

I won't be able to see it until next week but threw a deposit on it as I figure it is a deal I can't pass up.

Appreciate it. I'll know more when I go in person next week; however, I also thought it had the Mopar 2inch installed. Figure it is a decent place to start before the modding happens, for the price they want. Couple of bumpers, side steps, winch - we are off to a solid summer ripper.
