The narrowest part of the stock rim (where the Jeep cap snaps in) is 2.22” or 56mm diameter. That point sits well away from the face of the tire carrier, and about 0.25” out from where the camera shaft taper changes, where the diameter is 2.05” or 50mm. Not that it matters, the base of the camera shaft taper is 2.70” or 69mm. The pics should help visualize the situation. You can see, in the first picture, the mark where my AEV wheels wouldn’t go on any further.

One more question. Do you have the measurement from the back of the carrier where the tire rests out to where the taper is down to the 50mm diameter? This measurement would be axial to the studs. One idea is to install longer studs with spacers to keep the wheel ID off of the taper (unless they are welded underneath that plastic). The wheel might interfere with the camera angle though.
