Jeep chat and CS refused to give updates for me due to the order being "dealer stock order", and my dealer said the factory contact told them there was a paint issue but it should be good now. That was 3 days ago, and the car is still in "I".

So Jeep chat and CS is totally unreliable, and the dealer response was not confirmed with a status change after 3 days.

oh, forgot to mention that now Jeep chat says that Im in status "I" since Feb 1st only, not Jan 16th......
(the car was ordered 12/14/17 so coming up on 2 months soon)

It sucks but I wouldn’t get a Jeep that is « close enough » to my build.

I def agree, The dealer actually called me and we are placing a new order today for a "correct one". Picked a diff color while I was at it. They are putting a rush on it, we'll see how much of a rush this time.
