@JayV , I also ordered tan leather and mine is in transit. I wonder if the tan might have been what held ours up.

We've seen relatively few tan interiors, billet Rubicons, and colored tops thus far. I think you're onto something.

My dealer got in touch with the Jeep area manager, he said that there is a "railcar shortage" and it would hopefully be delivered this week. My first eta for delivery was 1/19 and is now sitting at 2/8-2/12 - I ordered in December. The word from the area manager that made me most nervous is "hopefully"

My dealer called this morning to let me know my Jeep arrived! He was happy he got to tell me, rather than the other way around. He hates it when the forum steals his thunder! Picking it up tomorrow afternoon!

Okay, so here is the thing.... I ordered my JLUR on 1-2-18 in Granite as a surprise for my wife and my 70th birthday.

It is being delivered next week to Koon's so I told her about it so we can make plans.

She wanted to see the JLU and the color so we took a 4 hour road trip and drove 4 and looked at colors.

When she saw the Ocean Blue on a Chrysler 300...................

Well, Craig let me off the hook for the one I ordered and let me order an Ocean Blue JKUR exactly equipped and transferred my deposit.

That is service for a customer that is 900 miles away.

BUT - Now the wait begins again and I have to wait to see if I can get on tracking.......... Crap!

Fun times had by all..........

I think the railcar shortage is due to Chinese New Year starting Feb 16th. Hugh increase in intermodal cargo prior to their big holiday.
