Thank you!Not that I know anything about using said tools and all but I just watched that video yesterday!! Lol
My Jeep is coming this summer. Guess I need to start learning more about repairs & maintenance first hand.
Jeep looks great with the wash and detail!
Yep. I hardy even have any tools. Just went to the dads garage and “borrowed” if I needed anything. Or convinced he or my brother to fix it for me. Lol.Thank you!
Yeah, it’s a bit crazy. I’ve always tried to keep a good set of tools and random things for breakdowns but Jeep and off-road is a whole new level. The things that I had almost none of is the recovery kit - straps, shackles, snatches, straps, tree savers, etc. I’m getting everything into labeled bags now to ensure I have what I need and know where it is.
YouTube is the best resource along with posts here and a couple other boards for Jeeps.
It’s a job for sure and expensive. The boss just shakes her head at me. Lol.Yep. I hardy even have any tools. Just went to the dads garage and “borrowed” if I needed anything. Or convinced he or my brother to fix it for me. Lol.
I’ve always going off-roading with other people’s stuff so never had to worry about my collection. Now that I want to do that myself and my Jeep is coming I’ve got to get my collection built.
YouTube and this forum have been great to learn from!
Pic please!I hand washed it, and cleaned the inside it looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beautiful Rig !!!
I got the driving set.Nice! Spots, driving or floods? I just ordered a set of spots for my cowl.
Yup I plastidipped them about 4 months ago and they have held up very well.Nice, did you plastidip your vents. They look great
Perfect for the beach!! Is this setup for hardtop only? I have a soft-top and I use it all the time..Installed the Rhino Rack awning. Very easy to install. I won't have it on all the time. Just for beach or camping trips

yikes. I'll wait for a day my kids are gone to try that one. Maybe I'll start with the vents and the little decals I got.thanks Grady, you gotta set what your expectations are when installing it yourself or paying someone. I have no experience, will it be 100%? I graded myself a 90. Would definitely do a better job second time around as most things. Best newbie advice I could give is lay plastic over engine bay during disassembly, don't want to lose anything in that abyss lol. Also the soapy solution has to be right. I didn't have enough soap initially. You will know right away even though you soak the surface and product generously it still felt sticky and unable to move vinyl around. Right amount, you can easily push it around without effort to get your edges lined up. Couple of pics to show you what you have to take off after the insulation is removed. We like the hood, still 50/50 on the side vents
